Advent is such a special season in the Church's year - it is the time when we prepare for the birth of Jesus.
In school along with our decorations, we place purple cloths on our focal points, join with Advent liturgies, take time to 'Journey through Advent' with our special books & the Travelling Crib makes it's way to every family for a night!

The World was in darkness and nobody knew,
The way to the Father as you and I do,
They needed a light that would show them the way and the great light shone on Christmas Day!
