Our school has been mentioned as a great example of support CAFOD are getting from Hexham & Newcastle Diocese. At a meeting last week the Head of Education at CAFOD highlighted the generosity of the St Cuthbert’s school family to over 230 CAFOD staff members, in places as varied as England, Wales, Ethiopia, Kenya, Liberia, Sudan, Yemen, Syria, and all over Latin America!
Our Year 4 pupil, Erica, was thanked especially for donating £10 to CAFOD from her own money box for this Lent's Walk for Water campaign, which was received with many comments from attendees!
